As for this particular post, I only watched Supersonic and Dog Police and they are both ridiculous. Supersonic seems like the kind of 80's spoof video someone would record and post as a joke but Dog Police is so lame because you know they're serious about it.
You would be correct about both. If you check the link under "Zlad" it will take you to the wikipedia page. It's some Australian guy who did it as a joke. Still a good video though. You should check the two video list links from Cracked.com. They are both video countdowns by Swaim, who is one of my favorite sketch writers.
