Monday Movie You May Have Never Heard Of: All This and World War II

"All This and World War II," a move from 1796 that features footage from World War II and other archive material on the war. All this footage is put to the songs of John Lennon and Paul McCartney covered by several famous artists of the time such as Tina Turner, Elton John, Rod Steward, Peter Gabriel, and many others. It's a musical documentary telling the story of the Second Great War.

It's a different take on a typical documentary, and it does an extremely good job at telling the story through these songs. Most people have never heard of this film, or can even find it. The movie is well comprised and the soundtrack really drives it home. If you can get your hands on this film, it's well worth watching.
